The financial reform bill was implemented with hopes that credit card corporations would no longer be able to take advantage of their customers. Sadly, the exact opposite is happening. Essentially all that has changed is where credit card companies charge their customers and just how much. Many individuals have resorted to unsecured loans just to try and pay off their charge cards before fees jump quite possibly higher. It would seem like the financial reform was intended to help customers, and instead is hurting them more.
