Personal loans are useful instruments in helping us manage our personal credit. I will not use a personal loan becos I can't find any investment returns that can beat the loan interest.
I rather use cash that i can spare to avoid getting into financial trouble incase the investment fails. No money no venture!
But if I have a small business that is on-going, and faces some problems that need some money to tide over temporary, probably I will consider taking a personal loan. When business picks up, I know I will be able to pay back the entire loan.
