Unable to get creditline or creditcard... Help...

Parliament votes to curtail EU banker bonuses

The degree to which banking employees can draw large pensions was also addressed by the vote. Any form of short-term cash bonuses of this nature will fall under Parliamentary sway. It's a move the European Union hopes the rest of the world will follow in kind.

OCBC - Rosbinsons Credit Card

- I more than meet the income requirement
- I have good credit records (i got hte updated records from Credit Bureau)
- I have no loans and have never taken before
- In my job for more than 2 years (a big European MNC)
- I have been working for 7+ years
- I have been using OCBC banks for more than 10 years
- I recently open a coporate account with them
They kept replying that they cannot reveal the reason. Is there a way to get the card? Can someone from the bank help?

Seems too good to be true that the premium is only based on my month end outstanding balance @$0.30-$0.40 per $100 outstanding... which means that if I pay off my outstanding bills before end month, I dun have to pay a cent, but if I should die or suffer from TPD during the month, the insurance underwritter will cover and pay for my full outstanding? Any idea if there is a catch somewhere?

Does anyone know if there is a good bank or financing company that offers free checking with a low no fee minimum balance amount required? The ones I've found have restrictions like no checking facility even if it's just for less than 5 checks per month or require high fees or high minimum deposits etc. Thanks!
